Interior Designer, MPSS / ASID Allied / IIDA / LEED GA / FDC / ISSP / Certified Healthy Materials Advocate

Phoebe Beachner is an interior designer specializing in hospitality, resort, and residential environments. Her work is grounded in the belief that thoughtful, sensory-driven design can meaningfully elevate experiences across hotels, restaurants, spas, and private residences.

She earned her B.F.A. in Interior Design with a minor in Architectural History from the Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD) and her Master of Professional Studies in Sustainable Interior Environments (MPSS) from the New York School of Interior Design (NYSID).

During her time with Hart Howerton in New York, Phoebe worked on luxury hospitality and resort projects across New York, the Caribbean, and the southeastern United States. Her portfolio includes private residences, MICHELIN Key destinations, hotels, restaurants, spas, and historic or generationally owned properties. She collaborates closely with clients, executives, architects, consultants, and interdisciplinary teams to guide projects of varying scales and styles through a cohesive design vision.

Phoebe is a LEED Green Associate (GA) and Certified Healthy Materials Lab Advocate. She has served on the boards and committees of ASID New York Metro and NEWH New York, contributed as a panelist for the IIDA Future of Design Roundtable, and received the IIDA Sustainable Design Education Fund award. She is also a member of the Female Design Council (FDC) and the advisory board for the New York School of Interior Design’s MPS in Sustainable Interior Environments program.

In Fall 2026, Phoebe joined the New York School of Interior Design faculty as an instructor in the MPSS program, mentoring graduate students in human-centered and sustainable design.

Phoebe works across the Kansas City metropolitan area, New York City, and Palm Beach, Florida.
